Our Story

We began our careers as tax accountants. There, we got to witness first hand the way large businesses and high net-worth individuals use proactive tax strategies to extend their advantage over small businesses and early-stage startups. 

We founded RBA Tax Advisors to level the playing field for women business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them take advantage of the knowledge and advance planning used by their larger, more established competitors.

Since then, our CPAs have spent more than 10,000 hours helping business owners save an average of $75K so they can grow their wealth and amplify their impact in the world.
